We happily accept school purchase orders, but the order must be received by phone, mail, or fax.


Shipping & Handling:   We charge seven percent for delivery in the US & CANADA. Standard shipping is by FedEx Ground (for larger or heavier parcels such as ArtHouse) or by USPS for smaller or lighter parcels.

For continental-U.S. shipments, we also offer "3 Day Select Residential" shipping. The shipping charge is twenty percent, and it upgrades ArtHouse deliveries to FedEx 3-day air-mail service, and accessory shipments to U.S. "Priority Mail".

We also charge a $3.00 per order handling fee on all orders.

ArtHouses and DisplayHouses weigh about 22 pounds each, and are shipped in plain brown cartons that measure 26" by 17" by 8". Décor kits weigh less than two pounds each. Please call if you need to arrange special shipping, such as gift wrapping, notes, international deliveries, etc.


Sales Tax:   State and local sales tax will be applied to internet orders for delivery within Colorado. Please phone, mail, or fax your order if you're a tax-exempt customer with a delivery-address within Colorado.


Return Policy:   Returned ArtHouse must be in their original protective shipping carton, or a packaging fee of $5 will be deducted. Returned décor kits must be in their original (un-opened) plastic shrink wrap. For refund, you must include a valid Visa or Mastercard number, expiration date, cardholder name, and billing address. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
